Why is it that so many foriegn affairs pundits, not to mention our idiots in the State Dept, keep blathering on about "democracy" in the Palestinian Authority. Syria is currently doing everything it can to end the current peace process for two equally important reasons. One - Syria can't allow the Palestinian terror proxies to be eliminated before it has gotten the Golan Heights back. Two - Syria can't afford a real Arab democracy in the Middle East. Likewise, Egypt is schizophrenic about the PA becoming a democracy. The Saudis are paying off every faction they can find, like always.But none of this reality, together with the facts linked below, comes anywhere near to affecting the fatuous nonsense that comes from Foggybottom's cookie pushers.
