Here is a story about a totalitarian state where people are imprisoned for handing out pamphlets. This totalitarian state is called Canada. Now I found this link on Eugene Volokh's site and he deliberately doesn't say much about it - saying that its for Canadians to discuss. But I'm quite speechless about this, although I already knew that there was no freedom of speech in Canada. Notice that as punishment the defendant is forced to study Islam under the tutelage of a muslim teacher who has him read Islamic tutorials no less filled with hatred than his own pamphlets.
