In an oped piece, Dr. Martin Fackler weighs in with respect to some of the controversy about John Kerry's wounds and Purple Heart awards. This is impressive. To those of you not familiar with the rather obscure field of wound forensics and ballistics, the short bio at the end of the article while correct doesn't even begin to correctly describe the full Martin. Fackler. Dr. Fackler is the man in this subject. I would no more argue against Neil Armstrong about what visiting the Moon was like than argue with Dr. Fackler on wound ballistics.
