I've long thought that Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews were partisan hacks. Matthews' fatuously named show "Hardball" ( where its clear that the last thing Matthews is capable of is actually dealing with issues ) has been in the bottom of the ratings for some time. But to date, while I have little respect for Matthews, I didn't dislike him as much as I did O'Reilly ( I'll stick a link back to an old posting about why I despise O'Reilly here ).
So what happens when Chris Matthews has to deal with an attractive and intelligent woman? He demonstrates what a pig looks like when it self-imolates. Olbermann's comments about Malkin are too despicable for me even to link to for refutation. Suffice it to say that Olbermann makes himself look like the fool ( unlike his puffed-up ego believes ) by not understanding what Ms. Malkin was even saying.
What's the most hilarious bit of all? Matthews and Olbermann were attacking Malkin without having even bothered to read the book that was the subject they had asked her to comment on. Twits.
