In bemoaning the bizarre legal environment in the United States today, people often complain about lawyers.But it took the moronic character of a jury to come up with a verdict this stupid. In a trial about the first bombing of the World Trade Center, the jury found that the Port Authority was 68 percent at fault for allowing the bombing to occur, while the terrorists who carried out the bombing were 32 percent responsible.
Nowhere but in a jury can you find 12 people less equipped to feed themselves.
